Ash Dhupar

Ash Dhupar is the Chief Data & Analytics Officer at Analog Devices Inc. (ADI), where he is driving over $100M in EBITA impact, cutting through business complexities with innovative applications of connected data, AI/ML, generative AI, and responsible AI governance. 

Over the years, Ash has demonstrated commendable expertise in the utilization of data and analytics to transform financial performance, customer experience, operational efficiency, and products/services. Ash is deeply involved in pioneering the next wave of innovation, from building advanced cloud-native data and AI platforms, including an industry-first unified platform integrating data, AI/ML, genAI, DevOps, and security, to exploring groundbreaking edge AI and confidential computing solutions.

Prior to joining Analog, Ash was CDO at BAE Systems Inc. where he led the data and analytics strategy, driving digital transformation programs that unlock strategic and tactical business opportunities across the US$ 12 billion portfolios. Previously, Ash served as the CEO and CDAO at The Incredible Minds Inc., where he led the creation of disruptive AI platforms for healthcare, retail, and fintech.

He serves as an advisory board member for Rutgers University, Gartner, MAC, and Corinium. Additionally, he is the author of the upcoming AI book “Deep Profits: Driving Business Growth with AI-drivenOrganizations.” Ash has been repeatedly recognized as one of the top 100 MostInfluential Data and AI Innovators.

Ash holds a B.S. in Mathematics & Statistics from Barkatullah University, Bhopal and MBA from Institute of Management Studies, DAVV, Indore.
