Senior Associate
Ryan Kilgallon is a Senior Associate at Myriad Venture Partners, where she supports diligence, investing, and portfolio initiatives across the full investment lifecycle. She partners closely with founders from initial conversations through execution, contributing to sourcing, evaluation, and portfolio support efforts.
Before joining Myriad in 2026, Ryan was a Senior Associate at General Atlantic on the Growth Acceleration team, where she led pre‑investment diligence and portfolio value creation projects across the technology, consumer, and financial services sectors. Outside of work, she is involved with several social impact organizations, including serving as a Young Professional Board Member at Reach the World.
Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Geography from Dartmouth College.
